Job Summary

Responsibilities

• To consolidate demand forecast, process and transmit monthly purchase order plan to supplier on time.
• To establish the correct stock equation in system for inventory order planning and management
• To analyze local stock position, prepare monthly quota management planning to subsidiary and support to order portfolio management
• To analyze local and subsidiary stock level, new launches, anticipate stock risk and stock optimization actions to meet sales objectives
• To manage product life cycle, classification for quality procurement and inventory management
• Prepare monthly Key Performance Indicators, provide actions plan to manage and maintain meet the indicators and objectives
• Initiate and proactive recommend for department operations improvement
• To establish permanent dialog and relationship with related suppliers,internal & external working partners

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics Management or Production Planning
• 2-4 years of experience
• Experience with FMCG, Electronics or Manufacturing industry would be an advantage
• Willingness to learn and develop
