Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Perform internal audits and any special projects
• Review and evaluate operational procedures implemented by business units
• Develop audit program to test the effectiveness of financial, operational and compliance control procedures
• Carry out compliance and substantive tests to ensure the effective operation of key controls
• Recommend improvements to the internal control systems and operational procedures
• Conduct special reviews/projects on an ad-hoc basis

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy/ Commerce or equivalent professional qualification
• At least 3 years of work experience as internal and external auditor in a dynamic corporate business environment
• Experience in the Property industry and familiar with IT Audit Tools / SAP auditing is advantageous
• Professional certificates such as CPA, ACCA and CIA/CISA are added advantages
• Ability to interact effectively with various levels
• Must be a good team player with positive working attitude
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English are essential
• Resourceful, disciplined, confident and initiative
• Open to Singaporean and Singapore PR only
