Responsibilities

  • Support Sales team
  • Customer interface – enquiries, orders, complaints, delivery issues etc
  • Supplier interface – purchase orders entry & processing
  • Perform and ensure smooth daily operations from product procurement to customer delivery
  • Monitor inventory levels and advise relevant parties when necessary
  • Coordinate with overseas offices regarding incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Liaise with forwarders, clients on daily delivery activities, monitor shipping schedules etc
  • Work collaboratively with customers and internal departments to resolve issue and achieve customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Min 'O', 'A' level/ Diploma holders
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in Electronics Components industry will be an advantage
  • Customer services oriented
  • Team player & meticulous
  • Good communicate and coordination skills
  • Able to start work in short notice or immediately will be an advantage
  • Open to Singaporeans & Singapore PR only
