Responsibilities
- Support Sales team
- Customer interface – enquiries, orders, complaints, delivery issues etc
- Supplier interface – purchase orders entry & processing
- Perform and ensure smooth daily operations from product procurement to customer delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and advise relevant parties when necessary
- Coordinate with overseas offices regarding incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Liaise with forwarders, clients on daily delivery activities, monitor shipping schedules etc
- Work collaboratively with customers and internal departments to resolve issue and achieve customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Min 'O', 'A' level/ Diploma holders
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in Electronics Components industry will be an advantage
- Customer services oriented
- Team player & meticulous
- Good communicate and coordination skills
- Able to start work in short notice or immediately will be an advantage
- Open to Singaporeans & Singapore PR only
