Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants and contractors to meet criteria such as design, budget, time, quality, safety and environmental requirements established for each project

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Building or Electrical/Mechanical/Structure Engineering
• Min 5 Years and 2 Years relevant experience in Medium to Large Firm within a similar industry for Manager and Officer position respectively.
• Application with min 10 Years relevant experience and proven track record in handling large projects of a medium to high end condominium development, mixed development of office/retail , residential and hotels may be considered for the Senior Manager Position.
• Experience in the Property Development is preferred.
• Strong Verbal and writing skills.
• Good Team Player with the ability to work independently.
