Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for staff training & development on product knowledge, enhance service excellent & assessing the competency of staff.
• Skilled in developing training manual/materials & programmes
• Design & conduct workshop, talks & major road show
• In charge of all training logistics, material preparation & updates
• Provide training on product knowledge to in-house staffs & customers
• In-charge of all feedbacks on product & customer services;
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma with min 2 years experience in training & development.
• Make up skills a must
• Well-groomed, strong interpersonal skills and confident.
• Effective training skills and excellent communication skills.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• Independent as well as a good team player
• Outgoing and bubbly, able to interact with office staff and beauty advisors
• Experienced in product type training
