Responsibilities
- Provide all secretarial and administrative support to GM
- Taking minutes of meeting
- Answer telephone calls and handle inquiries and feedback in an appropriate manner
- Maintain up-to-date filing system to trace for follow up and reference
- Schedule and co-ordinate meetings, conferences and conference calls
- Handle travel arrangements including booking of flights, hotels and visa, when required
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Analysis of sales and marketing reports
- Ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level certificate and a Private Secretary’s Certificate
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication skills, initiative and good in problem solving
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Open to Singaporean and Singapore PR only
- Able to start work immediately or short notice will be an advantage
