Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Full spectrum of Human Resource function with key focus on recruitment and employee relations
• Handle recruitment of call centre agents
• Assist in staff disciplinary issues
• Maintain accurate HR databases and employee records
• Prepare monthly statistical reports
• Assist in review and update on HR policies and procedures

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline, preferably with Human Resource specialization
• At least 3 to 5 years of HR experience
• Willing to handle mass recruitment and disciplinary issues of call centre agents
• A strong team player with high maturity level and good people handling skills
• Well-versed in local labour laws
• IT savvy (Experience in SAP HR module preferred)
