Responsibilities

  • Take care of the receptionist, cleaning aunties, and dispatch for office
  • In charge of all admin for the office and help out with the HR department.
  • Reporting to the HR Director.
  • Scheduling of division meetings, press and media activities
  • Handle travel arrangements and external/overseas training schedules
  • Project coordination
  • Stationery requisition
  • Upkeep office cleanliness

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of Administrative Experience
  • Highly computer literate and very familiar with MS Office, MS word, Excel and Power Point
  • Good written and oral communication skills is essential
  • Meticulous, resourceful, disciplined and with good initiative
  • Good organizational skills, mature and able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Good team player and able to work independently
