Responsibilities
- Take care of the receptionist, cleaning aunties, and dispatch for office
- In charge of all admin for the office and help out with the HR department.
- Reporting to the HR Director.
- Scheduling of division meetings, press and media activities
- Handle travel arrangements and external/overseas training schedules
- Project coordination
- Stationery requisition
- Upkeep office cleanliness
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of Administrative Experience
- Highly computer literate and very familiar with MS Office, MS word, Excel and Power Point
- Good written and oral communication skills is essential
- Meticulous, resourceful, disciplined and with good initiative
- Good organizational skills, mature and able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Good team player and able to work independently
*** Singaporean / SPR preferred
