Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Identify and meet the needs of the distributors to support them in their business
• To help communicate, promote and encourage participation of company’s events
• In charge of bookings of training rooms and registration of events and seminars In charge of distributor recognition letters, pins issuance & records and updating of Wall of Fame
• Coordinate with distributors on photography sessions with external vendors
• Take charge and coordinate with various departments on organizing in-house health fairs and events
• To take charge and coordinate setting up of training room for meetings and talks
• Help in promoting attendance for meetings, talks and seminars
• Assist in weekly trainings as well as key events and seminars
• Assist in sourcing of venues for events and functions

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in marketing or business related discipline
• At least 5 years working experience, of which 3 years in a similar capacity
• Expereince in giving talks, seminars and trainings
• Good people relations skills
• Self motivated and results oriented individual
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Meticulous, organized and fast learner.
• Must possess initiative, able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
• Good hands-on PC skills, especially in PowerPoint presentations.
• Open to Singaporean and Singapore PR only
