Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the property management, operations and maintenance of office/commercial properties
  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance
  • Liaise with and supervise contractors/service providers on building maintenance
  • Attend to tenant’s request, oversee tenants’ matters such as fitting out works, building plan submission, sub-division, computing lease areas, cost estimation, etc.

  • Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate or Building/Property
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in managing and maintaining grade A office/commercial properties
  • Knowledge of M&E systems
  • Knowledge of ISO and CSR initiatives will be advantageous
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good customer service skills
