Responsibilities

  • Provide good customer service support to Aftersales department
  • Maintaining of customer database
  • Assisting with walk-in customers and reception
  • Co-ordination of Campaign
  • Verification of invoices
  • Other adhoc duties as and when assigned

 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably with Customer Service background in retail line - Customer Service Assistant
  • Preferably with administrative experienced
  • Good Communication Skills and Pleasant looking
  • Able to work on alternate Saturday
  • Able to claim overtime
