Responsibilities
- Provide good customer service support to Aftersales department
- Maintaining of customer database
- Assisting with walk-in customers and reception
- Co-ordination of Campaign
- Verification of invoices
- Other adhoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably with Customer Service background in retail line - Customer Service Assistant
- Preferably with administrative experienced
- Good Communication Skills and Pleasant looking
- Able to work on alternate Saturday
- Able to claim overtime
*** Singaporean /Singapore PR & Malaysian preferred
