Responsibilities
- Coordinates, negotiates and liaises with employment and advertising agents on service fees, advertisement recruitment and interview schedules.
- In charge of end to end recruitment process including posting of job advertisement's of resumes, interviewing and short listing candidates for interviews for management level, salary negotiations and preparing letter of offer for selected candidates
- Application of employment passes for required candidates.
- Coordinates and liaises with external consultants on employees’ training needs and arranges training schedules for employees.
- Work closely with the Finance team with regard to payroll, employee claims, yearly review of C&B, employee insurance etc
- Ensure the HR policies and process are updated and is in sync with the current laws and regulations set by MOM
- Drive the performance management process and confirmation process
- Attend to employees’ grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessary.
- Provides feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment.
- Organizes corporate events such as company’s dinner and dance, corporate trip, family day, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Diploma/ degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- At least 4 years of experience as a generalist experience.
- Must have good network of recruitment consultants to successfully implement on-going talent acquisition and talent management initiatives
- Working external vendors to negotiate on new/renewal of agreements
- Good knowledge of employment laws and procedures
- Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities)
- Highly matured, multi tasking, both strong in details as well as in analyzing the bigger picture
- Able to communicate well with all levels of staff
- Flexible to take up new projects
- Committed, sincere and Integrity without compromise
