Responsibilities
- Reports to HR Director
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions focusing in Employee Engagement:
- Manage performance review process
- To review performance appraisal form, to re-evaluate existing and new jobs for local and regional offices
- Manage the “Employee Engagement Survey” project
- Annual review on current work processes or forms
- Collaboration with consulting firm on engaging their job grading system
- Ad-hoc projects as per assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Regional exposure
- Experience in handling employee engagement projects
- Analytical and good thinker
- Posses excellent spoken and written skills
- Posses excellent interpersonal skills
- Open to Singaporean and Singapore PR only
