Responsibilities
- Provide general receptionist duties
- Administration support for meetings and workshops
- Handling and maintain records of mails and courier services
- Preparation of documents for sample dispatch
- Update telephone, fire evacuation and contact list whenever there are new staff, resignees, contractors etc
- Ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
- At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a MUST
- Experience working in Banking or Auditing industry will be an advantage
- Experience handling large organisation with more than 1000 staff strength is a PLUS
- Good telephone skills and customer services
- Ability to work independently
- Open to Singaporean and Singapore PR only
