Responsibilities

  • Provide a full spectrum of HR/Admin functions that includes manpower planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management and staff engagement
  • Able to calculate and Process Payroll, CPF and IR8A submission.
  • Work permit, Employment Pass, S Pass application.
  • Maintain and update staff records, administration of leave, staff resignation, termination, etc
  • Handle staffs insurance and medical claim.
  • Manage and maintain office day to day administration, and operation.
  • Ad-hoc duties that assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Well versed with Government Labour Law and Regulation, Income Tax Legislations and related Government sector.
  • Familiar with using TimeSoft payroll system is a must
  • Dynamic, energetic & pleasant personality
  • Must be computer literate, meticulous, organized and resourceful with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-pace environment
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese - To speak to China Counterpart
  • A hands on person, good team player with a strong sense of responsibility are essential attributes
