Responsibilities

  • Provide solutions to customer's software and hardware issues, responsible for resolving end user computing problems
  • Analysis technical support issues and provide long term solutions
  • Perform any change requests on user systems
  • Ensure service availability with minimal interruption to business

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma holders in Computer Science or related field, with at least 2 years' relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Level 1 to 1.5 technical helpdesk support
  • Windows desktop troubleshooting
  • Mac experience a plus
  • Basic network infrastructure knowledge
  • Good troubleshooting, problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skill
  • Preferably, be able to commence work immediately / on short notice
