• Accountable for all staff performances
• Accountable for incremental sales revenue
• Manage staff training and schedule all staff roster
• Ability to motivate all staff

Requirements

• Self-motivated and independent
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 3 years experiences in retail operations
• Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing
• Require to work retail hours
