Responsibilities
- Responsible for the learning and development needs of the total company, data accuracy of HRIS – training module, employee engagement initiatives and coordinating talent discussion.
- Sourcing of training vendors
- Coordinate & plan all the training logistics for both internal and external training
- Responsible for all training administration (e.g. registration, tracking, grant approvals etc.); consolidation of all training requirements and training needs analysis
- Assist in any HR ad-hoc projects when necessary
- Involve in Train-The-Trainer programmes as required
- Follow up on employee Initiatives
Requirements
- Min Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline
- Must be familiar with full spectrum of HR duties and handle generalist role
- At least 3 -4 years of HR generalist working experience and some experience in learning and development
- A team player and good interpersonal skills
- Creative and meticulous
- Attention to details and strong in numbers
- Knowledge of employment act
*** Singaporean and SPR preferred
