Job Summary

Responsibilities

• To prepare & maintain accounting records (GL, AP, AR, FA & Inventory) & financial statements in compliance with local statutory requirement and group accounting standards.
• To ensure timely month-end closing, prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts
• To liaise with auditors and tax agents
• Assist in the preparation of monthly rolling forecast, annual budgets and strategic plan.
• Participate in other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / ACCA
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in financial accounting and must have min. 2 years external audits experience.
• Good knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques.
• Posses advanced Excel/Spreadsheet skills.
• Preferably with working knowledge of MS Navision (or similar ERP system).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to start work immediately or short notice will be an added advantage
• Open to Singaporean or Singapore PR
