Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage the effective executing of all marketing activities in order to achieve the targeted sales, brand and market share objectives by working closely with and engaging internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure effective and timely execution of brand activations and plans.
- Manage and track brand A&P budget for Above the Line, Below the Line, research and events. And monitor the effectiveness of each marketing campaign/activation/promotion.
- Ensure competitive advantage by continuously monitoring competitive activities and reviewing current brand activations, advertising and other marketing activities in order to meet consumers’ expectations in a highly competitive market thru thorough analysis of market/sales/research information and data and develop appropriate plans and action.
- Develop & execute of annual brand marketing plans as well as launch plans for new initiatives/new product launches for assigned category brands in Singapore.
- Manage and engage third party partners and agencies for brand tie-ups, events, sponsorships, promotions and launches.
- Assist and work with creative, design and PR agencies for development of ATL, online, digital/social media marketing and BTL communications, collaterals and POSMs.
- Track and analyse brand performance and brand health thru research (primary and secondary) and internal sales and financial data. Recommend corrective actions to address areas of concerns.
- Assist and support in monthly reporting and business reviews.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree Holders in Business Administration / Marketing
- At least 5 years of Brand Management / Marketing experiences preferably in the FMCG MNC
- Experience in managing brand portfolio, developing brand strategies and plans both ATL and BTL
- Experience working with advertising, media PR and event agencies
- Working with sales, trade marketing and internal functions to ensure effective and timely execution of brand plans and activations.
- Good analytical, communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.
