Responsibilities
- Assist in check-in processes and enquiries
- Coordinate between passengers and airline providers
- Check and process flight documents, passport and flight tickets
- Process passengers' luggage and bags accordingly in a timely manner
- Provide customer service and render assistance to passengers at various areas such as Departure Halls, Arrival Halls and Check-in Counters
- Proactively mingle and interact with passengers
- Perform any other passenger related administrative duties as required
Requirements
- ***Applicants should possess at least a GCE 'N' Level with Min 5 Credits and GCE 'O' Level with Min 3 Credits
- Excellent customer service skills
- 1-2 Years in Customer Service Experience
- Good spoken English Language is a MUST
- Pleasant disposition and good communication skills is a MUST
- Applicants with prior experience will be an advantage
- ** MUST Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
** Self photo with makeup is needed (for Ladies) ***
