Responsibilities

  • Overall in charge of office, admin and facilities/security management
  • Oversee the upkeep of office equipments (Phone, copier, printers, fax machines, etc) and services
  • Supervise the purchase and inventory of office furniture, office equipment and office supplies
  • Facilitate security system, codes and keys
  • Manage the office space utilization, office renovations and maintenance (including repairs of office fixtures, electrical wiring/fittings, air conditioning system, etc)
  • Manage a team of professionals and vendors/contractors to ensure prompt delivery of technical support and ensure compliance with requirements

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Business/Building Maintenance's/Quality Assurance or equivalent
  • Min 5 years of managerial experience in office, admin and/or facilities services
  • Experience in big organization managing more than 1 level office in the company
  • Confident individual who posses good initiative with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to assess and respond to changing business needs
  • Conversant with office processing software
  • Open to Singaporean & Singapore PR
