Responsibilities
- Perform daily checklist & preventive maintenance for all fixtures & fittings
- Perform daily checklist & preventive maintenance for all office equipments, exp: shredders, copier, projectors etc
- Liaise with building management on providing M&E maintenance support for the office facilities in the office
- Undertaking any minor repairs/maintenance work within the premises
- To liaise with contractors during preventive maintenance, equipment setup and ensure acceptable standard of work ei, Painting works, carpet replacement, carpentry and joinery parts
- Office workstations reconfiguration and repair
- Program and maintain biometric access system
- Attend to ad-hoc housekeeping works
Requirements
- Candidate must possess NTC or ITC in Building Services or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/ Diploma
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in office equipments and facilities management
- Knowledge in facilities maintenance, particular in ACMV
- Good knowledge in office equipment troubleshooting and handling building management
- Able to work on weekends if required
