Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Support the Group in drafting, reviewing, maintaining and administering all commercial contracts with customers, suppliers, partners and all parties external
• Administer commercial contracts to ensure that all parties fulfil their contractual obligations and highlight any non-performance by any party concerned
• Rendering of legal advice to the Group on all aspects of its business including compliance
• Liaise with internal parties such as Legal, Risk Management, Tax, Finance, Procurement, etc for review
• Oversee the Group’s dispute resolution matters
• Liaising with external counsel, where necessary

Requirements

• Good Law degree with at least 6 to 8 years’ PQE gained as an in-house lawyer
• Sound knowledge of contract clauses (warranties, indemnities, exclusion / limitation of liability)
• Strong work ethics, good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously within tight timelines
• Must have related work experience in a Public Listing company
• Mature personality with ability to work independently
