Responsibilities
- Lead a team of HR Executives to ensure the smooth running of HR day to day operations
- Manage the recruitment, selection and employment processes of the company
- Oversee the planning and implementation of staff recreation activities
- Implement the performance appraisal, salary increment and bonus exercise
- Provide regional HR support to China, Vietnam, India and Indonesia
- Manage the recruitment process of trainees and interns and work pass application for foreign employees and trainees
- Prepare manpower reports and statistics for management
Requirements
- Min Diploma/Degree holder who has at least 5 years of relevant expereince
- Min 3 years of managerial level
- Regional HR experience in China, Vietnam, India or Indonesia will be an advantage
- Well-versed with local employment laws and HR best practices
- Hand-on experience in payroll
- Strong in MS Excel
- Able to work under fast pace and rapidly changing environment
- Poesses strong interpersonal and communicarion
- Posses positive work attitude
