Responsibilities
- Provide full suite of administrative support to the trade marketing and distribution department such as expenditure management, supplier and vendor management, vehicle management, business travel and events & meetings arrangements
- Manage and create POs to ensure all departmental procurement comply with Indirect Procurement policy
- Manage the department’s CAPEX and Fixed Asset inventory
- Monitor and consolidate the departmental/team budgets to ensure timely and accurate reporting to Finance Department on monthly and quarterly basis
- Tracking and preparing reports on the Fieldforce Incentive Scheme achievement
- Consolidate all expenses claims (monthly expenses, ID invoices, payments etc) and review for accuracy before submission for approval
- Proactively participate in projects or assignments where applicable
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels Certificate with at least 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to interact with staff across all levels, especially with the sales force
- Independent, meticulous and confident in dealing with numbers
- Personable and positive personality
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications
