Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Creation of purchase orders
• Checking of shipment discrepancies
• Liaise with freight forwarders
• Review differences in purchase prices
• Reconcile purchase quarterly with vendors
• Maintain SKU data in system
• Updating product prices
• Liaise with internal and external parties
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma / Higher Nitec holders
• Fresh diploma holders welcome to apply
• Prior working experience in purchasing or related
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Bubbly, Positive Attitude, Self-motivated and Independent
• Able to start work immediately is a PLUS
• Candidate with more years of experience will be considered for Executive Role
