Responsibilities

  • Responsible for staff training & development to enhance service standard, interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Maintain and update training manual & materials.
  • Work closely with sales & operations team
  • Ensure training programmes are relevant & effective.

 

 

 

 

 

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • At least 3 Years of relevant experiences in retail/hospitality industry
  • Well-groomed, strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent training organizational and communication skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated and a good team player.
