- Responsible for staff training & development to enhance service standard, interpersonal & communication skills.
- Maintain and update training manual & materials.
- Work closely with sales & operations team
- Ensure training programmes are relevant & effective.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder
- At least 3 Years of relevant experiences in retail/hospitality industry
- Well-groomed, strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent training organizational and communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated and a good team player.
