Responsibilities

  • Perform general duties of order processing coordination with various parties to support the daily logistics and distribution operations.
  • Communicate and liaise with various internal & external parties and forwarders pertaining to shipment and orders
  • Working closely and main interface with warehouse operation team
  • Schedule and monitor all delivery activities
  • Attend to customer enquiries on requirements of orders, shipments and others.
  • Co-ordinate and involve in incoming, outgoing and RMA shipments and documentation
     

 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
  • At least 2 or 3 years of relevant working experiences in the retail industry
  • Proficient in Ms Office and knowledge with Warehouse Management System
  • Independent and a team player with initiative, willingness to learn and take on responsibilities
  • Ability to work with independently in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
