Responsibilities
- Perform general duties of order processing coordination with various parties to support the daily logistics and distribution operations.
- Communicate and liaise with various internal & external parties and forwarders pertaining to shipment and orders
- Working closely and main interface with warehouse operation team
- Schedule and monitor all delivery activities
- Attend to customer enquiries on requirements of orders, shipments and others.
- Co-ordinate and involve in incoming, outgoing and RMA shipments and documentation
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
- At least 2 or 3 years of relevant working experiences in the retail industry
- Proficient in Ms Office and knowledge with Warehouse Management System
- Independent and a team player with initiative, willingness to learn and take on responsibilities
- Ability to work with independently in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
