Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of buildings and facilities maintenance works.
• Ensure all statutory requirements are complied with including fire and safety aspects.
• Liaise with contractors on all repairs and maintenance works.
• Manage and liaise with tenants on tenancy matters, feedbacks and complaints.
• Ensure proper documentation for facilities management.
• Ensure expenses are kept within budget.
• Recommend and implement improvements.
   

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical), Facilities/Property Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Facility management of commercial/ industrial building.
• Candidates with Fire and Safety Certifications will be given priority
• Good in communication skills and inter-personal skills
• Pro-active, independent, resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be Computer Literate, able to prepare simple reports
• Male preferred, able to communicate in dialects to cleaners
