Responsibilities

  • Respond to customers’ enquiries by mail & fax in Japanese.
  • Liaise with customers on orders
  • Handle any adhoc tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Must possess JLPT level 2 & above
  • 1-2 years of working experience
  • Familiar with Japanese computer software will be an added advantage
  • Able to start work immediately or short notice
