Responsibilities

Training

• Responsible for staff training & development on product knowledge, enhance service excellent & assessing the competency of staff.
• To develop new Beauty Consultants training manual/materials & programmes
• Conduct in office training for grooming standards, product know how, operations process
• New Product training for all staff
• Motivation and incentive setting for staff 

 

Operations

• To set up new counter operations processes
• Ensure that counter paper work templates are created
• Ensure Beauty Consultants are trained to handle daily paper work submissions
• Set up facial program for the new facial cabins
• Handling of customer feedback
• New product launch evaluation reports
• Checking of sales reports
• Planning and managing of monthly staff roster
• Checking of counter stock inventory 

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma with min 2 years experience in training & development is a PLUS
• Checking on Beauty Consultants selling skills and per basket transaction
• Checking of Beauty Consultants customer service levels
• Skilled in developing training manual/materials & programmes
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• Effective training skills and excellent communication skills.
• Independent as well as a good team player
• Well-groomed, strong interpersonal skills and confident.
• Outgoing and bubbly, able to interact with office staffs and Beauty Consultants
