Responsibilities
- Perform duties of a receptionist such as answering of phone calls, attending to walk-in guests, candidates, receiving / sorting of incoming mails/faxes, arranging of outgoing mail, cleanliness & tidiness of the receptionist area, stationary orders etc
- Handle general administration duties such as filing, updating of telephone listing, floral/gifts/wreaths delivery arrangements, birthdays gifts, orientation folder, etc
- Prepare/ Cut out competitors for 3 divisions and HR advertisements
- Preparation for HR orientation programs and related HR training programmes
- Support HR related benefits administration – dental, medical, birthday gifts, fashion/ WFJ SP/ staff purchase letters etc
- Process FBP SP/ FBP quarterly allowance for local and TR/ Indo/ Vietnam
- Proved HR secretarial & administration support
- Assist in ad hoc company events planning
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Min GCE 'O' Levels with at least 2 years of working experience
- Keen to learn and is passionate about luxury industry
- Meticulous and eye for details
- Good in coordination and follow-up skills
- Good in Microsoft Applications such as Word & Excel
