Responsibilities

CRM

  • Develop and implement protocols relating to customer care, support and relationship with various countries
  • Develop and manage customer satisfaction measurement parameters.
  • Administer, analyze customer data recommending statistical tools and reporting

 

Sales

  • Develop protocols relating to sales order processes with Singapore and regional countries
  • Co-ordinate with IT consultants for implementation of protocols 

 

 

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies
  • At least 2 - 3 years of RELEVANT experience in Customer Relationship Management
  • Experience in the implementation of SAP Sales CRM Program
  • Results-oriented, confident and possesses good interpersonal skills (able to handle various countries requests)
  • Good initiative with strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable with numbers, meticulous, resourceful and creative
  • IT-Savvy
  • Ability to take pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
