Responsibilities
CRM
- Develop and implement protocols relating to customer care, support and relationship with various countries
- Develop and manage customer satisfaction measurement parameters.
- Administer, analyze customer data recommending statistical tools and reporting
Sales
- Develop protocols relating to sales order processes with Singapore and regional countries
- Co-ordinate with IT consultants for implementation of protocols
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies
- At least 2 - 3 years of RELEVANT experience in Customer Relationship Management
- Experience in the implementation of SAP Sales CRM Program
- Results-oriented, confident and possesses good interpersonal skills (able to handle various countries requests)
- Good initiative with strong analytical skills
- Comfortable with numbers, meticulous, resourceful and creative
- IT-Savvy
- Ability to take pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
