Job Summary

Responsibilities

• To contribute on the growth of a brand on market by supporting the management on daily operations with the counters and retailers
• To support the beauty advisor teams, coaching them on their daily sales, roster planning and commission structure
• Interact effciently with other departments (Marketing, logistics, training) to support launch objectives
• Propose and implement promotional and trade marketing plan for products
• Analyse market and sales by counter data and make resommendations to management
• To develop and motivate faithfulness among clientele
• Ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements

• Min 'O', 'A' level or Diploma holders
• At least 2-3 years of supervisory/leadership experience in related-retail/beauty industry
• Manage day to day operation of stores and team of staffs to drice sales in any retail industry
• Computer literate
• Self-motivator and a people manager
• Aggressive and ability to manage complexity
• Able to start work immediately or short notice will be a PLUS 

 ***Office Hours - 5 Days Workweek
