Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Conducting training, workshops, seminars and activities that inspire the fast adoption of the new skincare line.
• Providing in-depth training to selective staff members or other stakeholders in Asia Pacific, to ensure they are familiar of the product, and be able to conduct these activities in their local language and context.
• Preparing persuasive and effective training materials for workshops, seminars, meetings and other activities and modify as per different countries’ preferences and contexts.
• Answering questions and handling concerns from the stakeholders, including the members of the public about the products and its content, usage and efficiencies.
• Conducting research and analysis on the skincare market, and evaluation its competitiveness in order to identify opportunities.
• Participating in the development of effective sales tools—both online

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in skincare/retail industry or equivalent with extensive knowledge about the skincare industry and previous experience in promoting a skincare line is highly preferable.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have good stage-presence, and be persuasive and confident as a presenter.
• Highly self-motivated, well-organized, positive, engaging, poise and patient.
