Responsibilities

  • Ensure that daily receipts (Cash, NETs and Credit Cards) agree and tie with the daily cash register settlement report
  • To process and ensure completeness of documents submitted for enrollment for both over the counter and online enrollment
  • To process sales order accurately and in the designated business centre/ side (left/ right) of the distributor’s network
  • To process return and exchange of products in accordance to Returns & Exchange policy
  • To attend to over the counter enquiries by distributors
  • To call distributors and follow up on failed payment/ incomplete bank details based on listing furnished by Finance
  • To assist in attending to distributors’ enquiries via the Distributor Service email or Hotline
  • Stand in as Receptionist when required
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Levels with experience in Customer Service or Call Centre preferred
  • Good attitude in customer relations
  • Pleasant and friendly disposition
  • Team player
  • Basic Computer Knowledge
  • Flexible and able to work retail hours
  • Able to start work immediately or in a short notice
