Responsibilities
- Ensure that daily receipts (Cash, NETs and Credit Cards) agree and tie with the daily cash register settlement report
- To process and ensure completeness of documents submitted for enrollment for both over the counter and online enrollment
- To process sales order accurately and in the designated business centre/ side (left/ right) of the distributor’s network
- To process return and exchange of products in accordance to Returns & Exchange policy
- To attend to over the counter enquiries by distributors
- To call distributors and follow up on failed payment/ incomplete bank details based on listing furnished by Finance
- To assist in attending to distributors’ enquiries via the Distributor Service email or Hotline
- Stand in as Receptionist when required
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'N' Levels with experience in Customer Service or Call Centre preferred
- Good attitude in customer relations
- Pleasant and friendly disposition
- Team player
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Flexible and able to work retail hours
- Able to start work immediately or in a short notice
