Responsibilities
- Manage Professional certification and Continuing Education programmes.
- Talent Management programmes.
- Assist with the organisation’s career path learning needs analysis and programmes execution
- Maintain core and functional learning calendars and statistics
- Responsible for training data generation and presentation of training reports
Requirements
- At least a recognized Diploma
At 2 years of relevant working experience in HR –Learning & Development - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Knowledge of competency frameworks and training will be an advantage
