Responsibilities

  • Manage Professional certification and Continuing Education programmes.
  • Talent Management programmes.
  • Assist with the organisation’s career path learning needs analysis and programmes execution
  • Maintain core and functional learning calendars and statistics
  • Responsible for training data generation and presentation of training reports
     

Requirements

  • At least a recognized Diploma
    At 2 years of relevant working experience in HR –Learning & Development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Knowledge of competency frameworks and training will be an advantage
