Responsibilities
- Plan, review and implement compensation programs and policies
- Participate in salary and benefits benchmarking surveys and propose recommendations. Also to advise recruitment in salary proposals of new hires
- Plan, review and implement the yearly performance appraisal, ranking and promotion exercises across the divisions
- Liaise with HR Business Partners in conducting the appraisal and identifying high potential talents
- Make proposals, prepare communication emails and letters and administer the payout of annual increments, promotion increments and bonus
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree. Professional qualifications in Compensation and Benefits are an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
- Excellent working knowledge of performance appraisal and ranking exercise
- Flair for numbers and enjoys working with details
- Able to write policies, procedures and proposals well.
- Meticulous, team player, hardworking, logical conceptual skills, resourceful and able to multitask in a fast paced changing environment
