Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all phones are answered promptly
  • Providing product information to assist customers in their purchase
  • To assist customers with any products repair or service issues
  • Follow up with the customers to ensure that their problems are satisfactorily resolved.
  • Preparing reports that provide information regarding unresolved matters, personal customer information, action taken and relevant notes or comments, if any.
  • Ensuring all clients receive an exceptional standard of service at all times.

 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of customer care/customer services experienced
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work retails hours
