Responsibilities

  • Responsible in outsource service working location in town area
  • Responsible in outsource service shift work required (Morning 8am to 5.30pm & Afternoon 2pm to 11pm)
  • Responsible for providing technical support for users
  • Responsible in regular updating documentation on customer environment
  • Responsible in providing support during project implementation.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a NItec/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Candidate must possess at least 1 to 2 years relevant work experience. Candidate with lotus note experience is an advantage.
  • Required skill(s): Good hardware knowledge
  • Applicants should be Malaysian / Singapore citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Applicant must be willing to do shift work
  • Applicant must be to work independently without supervision
