Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Information Counter
- Attend to shoppers’ enquiries or complaints
- Monitor inventory of all premiums and logistics eg loan of strollers, wheelchairs etc.
- Manage redemption of premiums of marketing campaigns
- Manage gift voucher sale
- Manage the mall’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Tourist Privilege programme
- All other matters relating to Customer Service and Information Counter
- Concierge keeps track of tenants’ insurance for individual unit coverage.
- Update tenants’ contact list
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word-processing and Excel
- Pleasant disposition with outstanding communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multi-task with high level of initiatives
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Able to work rotating shifts, on weekends and public holidays
Morning Shift 09:30a.m. – 7.00p.m. Afternoon Shift : 01.00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
