Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage a team of Customer Service Officers and Project Coordinators respectively to ensure all projects are carried out in a timely fashion and complaints are resolved immediately
  • Proactive liaising with internal departments and overseas the team to investigate root cause for delay of project implementation
  • Identify areas of possible process improvements and implement appropriate solutions to address gaps/delays
  • Compile and submit weekly and monthly reports on:
  1. Satistics on complaints and feedback handled
  2. Statuses of all current projects
  • To handle escalated complaints and feedback by customers
  • Conduct internal audit checks on direct reports to ensure quality standards are met
  • Plan and co-ordinate any given projects including defining the work process flow, productivity development etc
     

 

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree from recognised institution
  • Minimum 2-3 years of related working experience, with supervisory experience
  • Team player with strong leadership qualities
  • Spoken and written language proficiency in English and Chinese is essential as candidate is required to handle Mandarin speaking customers
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively manage demanding customers and stressful situations.
