Responsibilities

  • Manage the business relationships including sales P.O.s, qualifications, development, planning and forecasting, inventory management, on time delivery of product, compliance with established quality standards, timely resolution of billing and pricing issues, and collaboration with technical resources for new product development and selling opportunities.
  • Lead and well maintain the communication with the customer to find potential issues for the success of business development, and proactively work with all the related organizations and the customer to solve those issues.
  • Lead pricing and percentage share of business negotiation with the customer.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationship with other Marketing team to properly manage inventory, forecast, and planning functions.
  • Develop and execute an action plan and strategy to achieve volume and profitable business objectives across each of the company’s products.
  • Achieve the sales quotas and MBOs assigned within each fiscal period.
  • Within a resource-limited environment, put in place business evaluation measures using both quantitative and qualitative data to assess competitive trends and to recommend proactive initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of competitive actions, trends and emerging needs in the marketplace.
  • Work in concert with expected changes in marketplace, customer needs, division strategies and competitive pressures.
  • Identify, build and maintain a strong organization of management and support staff through effective hiring, training and objective evaluation.
  • Participate as a member of the senior leadership team in the development and guidance of the company’s overall business strategy and in setting annual business plans.
  • Develop and maintain complete customer profiles.
  • Identify and track key projects within assigned accounts.
  • Define key windows of opportunity, deliverables, and customer timetables to achieve target opportunity.
  • Be personally involved with purchasing, engineering, general management, contract manufacturer at assigned accounts.
  • Prepare a three-year penetration plan for the assigned responsibility.
  • Schedule and support product development task forces.
  • Ensure that visitors to your customers leave with an understanding of customer's needs, and the actions expected by visitor as a follow-up.
  • Publish on a regular basis status reports highlighting the key opportunities and customer expectations including actions, timing, and responsible person.
     

Requirements

  • Min a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred / MBA desired
  • At least 5-10 years of sales experience and sales management experience in electronic components,with a minimum of five years sales management experience for major/global accounts.
  • Plus point if Candidates have relevant exposure to PC & Monitor business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to problem solve and motivate, coach and direct a diverse, matrix sales and support team working in various locations worldwide.
  • Must exhibit a high level of enthusiasm and energy.
  • Able to travel.
