Responsibilities

  • Handles full-time staff payroll about 100 person
  • Key in the commission and incentive which is calculated by the accounts staff
  • Compute reimbursement of claims for mobile phone, season parking and medical claims
  • Handle the finalization of payroll for e-submission to bank
  • CPF submission & e-filing of income tax
  • Preparing monthly payroll reports as well
  • Ad-hoc payroll reports requested by the HR Manager
  • Other HR matters include management and administration of leave, medical benefits, time attendance and telephone system.

 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge in Paymaster will be an advantage
  • Strong in MS Words and Excel
