Responsibilities
- To be involved in the daily sales activities and business expansion (B2B)
- Define and qualify the customer organization to identify sales potential
- Achieve sales targets, map short and long term strategic and tactical objectives to achieve market share objectives
- Lead 3 staff - 2 sales and 1 technical support in the corporate sales department
- Stay abreast of competitive actions, trends and emerging needs in the marketplace.
- Reporting to a local GM and a Japanese GM
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Posses good leadership
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
