Responsibilities

  • Assist Business Units (BU) in risk assessment and updating Risk Scorecard
  • Work with Business Units to collate information for report compilation and presentation.
  • Administration of the Corporate Risk Scorecard (Q-Radar) system
  • Conduct BCP/ Risk awareness/refresher training
  • Conduct BCP exercise and monitor BU’s BCP implementation status.
  • Review BCP Documentation
  • Coordinate Control Self-Assessment results from Business Units for Management reporting
  • Organise meetings and provide administrative support
  • Assist in any other matters assigned
     

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Studies, Accountancy, Commerce, Real Estate or related field
  • At least 5 years of Business Continuity Management experience, including risk management and internal control experience
  • Hands-on experience in risk management reporting and assessment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
