Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of Customer Service Executives
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Information Counter
- Attend to shoppers’ enquiries or complaints
- Manage overall revenue from gift vouchers, SISTIC tickets to kiddy rides
- Manage the mall’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Tourist Privilege programme
- Monitor inventory of all premiums and logistics eg strollers, wheelchairs etc
- All other matters relating to Customer Service and Information Counter
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in any relevant field
- At least 4 years’ experience in customer service/ hospitality/ retail industry
- 1-2 years’ experience in shopping centre customer service is preferred
- Possess excellent leadership qualities with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service-orientation
- Willing to work on weekends
- Good team player and able to work independently
