Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of Customer Service Executives
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Information Counter
  • Attend to shoppers’ enquiries or complaints
  • Manage overall revenue from gift vouchers, SISTIC tickets to kiddy rides
  • Manage the mall’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Tourist Privilege programme
  • Monitor inventory of all premiums and logistics eg strollers, wheelchairs etc
  • All other matters relating to Customer Service and Information Counter
     

 

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in any relevant field
  • At least 4 years’ experience in customer service/ hospitality/ retail industry
  • 1-2 years’ experience in shopping centre customer service is preferred
  • Possess excellent leadership qualities with strong communication and  interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent customer service-orientation
  • Willing to work on weekends
  • Good team player and able to work independently
