Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operations and management of housekeeping for residences apartment.
• Involved in cleaning of equipments and building surfaces.
• Plan the duty roster for the cleaning attendants.
• Assist in daily Operations
• Supervise room attendant, linen attendant and contractors
• Attend to resident’s complaints and needs
• Inspects apartments assigned to room attendant for maintenance and cleanliness.
• Provide OJT training for new & current staff

Requirements

• Must possess GCE’O’ Level with at least 3 years of related experience.
• Must be able to speak and write English.
• Be able to operate various cleaning equipment.
• You must be able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• 6 days work week; must be able to work on rotating shift
