Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Managing day to day operations of Call Centre, including daily manpower deployment, staff grievances and staff related issues
• Handling backend operations support management, including training and quality assurance plan, recruitment strategic planning, drivers grievances, customer complaint, etc
• Leading the team to achieve divisional key performance indicators and Quality of Service standards
• Overall accountable for Call Centre internal audit and workflow processes
• Ensure continuous improvements of work processes and reduction in cost per call
• Conduct presentation for local and overseas visitors
   

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma with relevant working experience
• Resourceful and possess initiative to handle operational contingencies effectively in a fast-paced 24x7 environment
• Able to write, speak and present information effectively and persuasively across communication settings
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Possesses competencies/knowledge in forecasting and statistics Analysis, vendor management experience, project management skills, COPC certifications, NSRS certifications and ISO certifications is a PLUS
  

5 Days Workweek 08.00 p.m.- 05.30 p.m.
